Every time I travel I use Priceline Package or hotel. These is the first time I've encountered and helped with Outstanding, Excellent, Customer Service Associate, his name is Elton. He literally went above and beyond by helping me and he made sure all my question and request I asked him is answer in a timely matter. From now on I will personally ask for his help everytime I travel. Keep up the Excellent and Outstanding Customer Service Elton. You will go far and Thank you for your Service.

They lied to us from the get go saying the kids are free and the transportation from airport to resort was included. Customer service is terrible it's been 4 weeks and still no answer , ended up cancelling one room cause the kids were not free and still waiting on the transportation .

The worse company ever!! Do not use! The cars and hotels reservations are horrible!! When you try to contact them they say because your email doesn't match they can't help you even though they send you an email to the email i provided it!!
Car rental try to rip me off with 450.00 over the price SOOOOO don't booked anything with Priceline!!!

Priceline advertised a car to rent at their location at the Atlanta International Airport. When I arrived to pick up car, I was informed they didn’t have a car for me. I stated I already paid for it online and why would they advertise a vehicle and have me pay for it with the expectation of attaining it? They said they was sorry, so I asked for a refund and they told me I can’t get my money for five days! Are you kidding me! First you do false advertisement, then to add insult to injury, you keep my money for five days. The worst experience ever! They didn’t offer me another car or anything. The lady at Thrifty Car was horrible and rude! The lady on the phone said her name is Annie and her number is #**. The worst experience ever!

I booked and saw the cancelation policy said I had 30 mins to cancel or be charged 98%. I immedicably contacted them who told me I had to call Booking who said it was nonrefundable, I sent them the screen shots and even showed them on their site where it says that I have 30 mins under flexible cancelation, they told me to call the hotel who told me I had to call booking, now 30 mins is up and guess what i lost the hotel room and my money. I will now file a complaint to BBB. As soon as Im done dealing with this, I am canceling my accounts with Priceline and Booking.

The First and list time I used Priceline and was provided with a hotel.whrre was NO WATER coming out of the shower!

Another story is that I was not provided with my receipt by Priceline!!!

Priceline made a mistake and booked the wrong room, I paid premium price for a waterfront room, they booked a normal room that cost less than half of what I paid for. Got stuck at hotel holding on the phone with Priceline customer service, they were useless, I finally had to book another hotel with Expedia. Now it's been 10 days, I followed up 5 times, still no resolution from Priceline. This is my worst experience ever!

Ruben was very good and professional with his service. I had a difficulty booking a ticket on the website, and also with splitting my payment between two cards. He was able to help me successfully, and always called back to follow up with me as need be. I am thankful I got very great service from a very great agent @Ruben.

Never use Priceline for a rental car!!!
You close a rental car deal with Priceline. You get a price from them, and also voucher. Then they delegate to a rent a car company...who took 700 euros EXTRA from our credit car!!! When we complained and sought a refund, Priceline said we needed to get the refund from the rental company which....sent us back to Priceline!!! Dont use this company, EVER!

Sandra was wonderful when working with me to find the best flight possible! She went above and beyond my expectations and was very polite and professional! Thanks so much Sandra!

I canceled my trip they credited my account. It is impossible to use credit. They are telling me with the credit you need to pay extra money which is the same amount of money that I can pay for new tickets.
They are scamming people when you cancel trips.

I was booking flights from Richmond, VA to Miami, FL for 6 people (3 couples). Melody was awesome. She researched the dates we needed and then called us back a couple of times to get everything set-up. It was refreshing to have someone give such great customer service.

Horrendous. Was approved for a travel credit when canceling a flight. When I called to use it, they claimed I was not eligible for the credit, despite having an email from them with the very amount I had been approved for.

The supervisor said the issue would be sent 'higher up' and that I would be contacted. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING.

Absolute scammers, they represent everything that is wrong with the world.

Watch out for the car rental agency U-SAV…. Advertising on line with PRICELANE,AMERICAN EXPRESS & others with the American Express logo’s but in the fine print they DO NOT ACCEPT some well known credit cards or debit cards….. the customer service is AWFUL

400 dollar trip became 800 dollar chip, charged 120 for luggage, ghetto car company needed 30,000 dollar insurance company forget william shatner, this company does'nt tell you about all the up charges, i'm avoiding william shatner and this dirt bag company
